Q: Is it appendicitis?

It started with a cold virus two weeks ago, then started having discomfort in my right side under my rib cage about 5 days ago. Now I have to apply pressure to my right side to change positions, from standing to sitting and lying down. Also,I get waves of burning and cramping across the top center of my stomach and it fans outwards and then goes to a dull pain awareness. The right side however is now a constant in pain. Is this too vague? Please advise as to what may be going on here.

Thanks,

Suhuzzie
