Is he just a flirt?

Hello, so i go these stables twice a week with hay and this guy about a year older than me is always there and like he teases me and trys to make me laugh, the other day i went to open the gate and he did it for me and then the other day he said ill get the gate for u babe and on other occasions ive caught him looking at me and sometimes i turn round and look at him and we just stare into each others eyes for wayy too long than is necessary he always talks to me and we get on really well. when i arrived one time he wsa chatting to this blonde girl and he obvs could here i'd just arrived and he was proper flirting with this blonde girl right in front of my eyes so i wondered whether he likes me and was trying to see how i reacted or whether he is just a flirt. sometimes he's a little quiet around me but then the next minute he'll start chatting and teasing me so hes really confusing me. I really dont want to be led on. cheers.
