Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Geritol is a multivitamin and there are no reports which suggest that it helps in conception. For the conception to occur you should have regular intercourse during ovulation days and also consider doing a USG scan to rule out any underlying pathology as PCOD,endometritis etc.Avoid smoking and alcohol and have healthy balanced diet. You can consider taking Folic acid instead as it has to be taken 3 months preconception once a day and helps in prevention of any neural defects in the baby.
Kindly visit a Gynaecologist for evaluation and also consider getting your partners Sperm analysis done.
Take care!
