Hello,
Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am really glad to help you out. First of all it is important to get the yeast infection diagnosed by means of swab and fungal culture of the discharge.

If yeast infection is confirmed and if left untreated, yeast infections can pass to your baby's mouth during delivery. This is called "thrush" and then the baby may require oral antifungals.

You should consult a gynecologist and get a swab sample done. If it is yeast infection then you may need antifungal suppositories and topical antifungals.

I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
