Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If a terato-dermoid cyst has been detected, further evaluation would be needed to confirm the type of cyst and to rule out malignant transformation. Biopsy and tumor marker tests done will help. Resection of the cyst will give better control of symptoms and cure. Consider discussing your scan report with your treating gynecologist. Go ahead with further evaluation as indicated. Treatment options as appropriate (based on examination findings and evaluation results) would be started to help you. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest.
Take care.
