Clinical trials help scientists understand how AD affects the brain and facilitate the testing of breakthroughs in treatment and prevention. Before joining a clinical trial, patients and their caregivers should understand as much as possible about the specific study and its potential impact.

I don't think anyone has the right to make another person a guinea pig..For self yes but not another..Taking someone with Alzehimers or any other disease that affects the mind and they not understanding what they are agreeing to us is just plain wrong..
