Q: Irritation in butt crack

Hi this is Ziyaz
I have a mole like thing in my but crack and it irritates me whenever i sit and it pains for me even when i cough or sneeze i get a pain in my butt crack Please let me know what can be my further step. As i feel very shy to visit a doctor .I mean what speciality Dr should i go for a visit.
