I have irritated skin around my lips and my lips seem dry regardless of the weather all I use is neosporin lip treatments no lipsticks or lip glosses and I also have a tiny lip bump on my bottom lip that appeared about 2 years ago and it isn't a cold sore but doesn't go away What should I do?

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The dryness could be due to inadequate water intake, local skin conditions etc. Drink plenty of water and take plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables along with a little olive oil. Use glycerin or Vit-E enriched lip balm. Avoid licking your lips often. If symptoms have been persistent, visit your doctor/dermatologist for further evaluation and assistance.
Take care.
