I've been on the patch since... I think early December of 2008. This week is the third week of my cycle, and I think it was soon after I put on this week's patch on Monday (exactly on time) or later during last week's patch that I started having spotting. I know this is to be expected within the first THREE months of being on Ortho Evra, but 1) it's been over three months since I've started, and 2) I never had spotting on my first three months. My cycles on the patch have been very regular--three weeks with three patches, then the week I'm supposed to have my period, it takes a few days to start and my period only lasts three or four days. This is all fine with me, but it's weird for me to have spotting during a patch week.

So... should I be worried something is wrong? I've been worried for the past few days I might be pregnant since I've heard your periods can be especially odd when you're pregnant. I DID put last week's patch on one day late, but I read on Ortho Evra's site that I shouldn't need to take emergency birth control or anything, so I didn't.

Hope that's enough info... any help is appreciated.
