irregular periods with backaches and headaches Posted: 03-18-08 21:35pm
About a month ago,Me and my boyfriend had
sex, there was a point where we did a
little foreplay. After that I went to the
bathroom and urinated,I was bleeding,His
fingernails weren't clipped at that time
so i figured that was the reason. So we
hadn't had sex for a month and about a
week ago i started seeing a little bit of
blood, but it wasnt alot it was pink, like i
was having a light period.Me and my
boyfriend had sex last night,having
foreplay again with his nails clipped of
course. When I went to urinate there was no
blood but a little later i went back and
it was there again!!!
I don't normally track my period,I just
deal with it when it comes but the last
time I had it was around the first week of
February.Normally me and my mother have
our periods at the same time which is
weird,I'm a little confused as to if I'm
still on my period or not I havent gone to
see a doctor,I'm a little scared because
lately I'd had back aches and alot of
headaches.
Could this mean I'm still on my period???
Please help me

Well, there's a couple things. First of
all, it's really easy (even with well
groomed nails) to scratch the vaginal
walls. All in all, they're pretty
delicate. Also, bleeding can occur when
the cervix is irritated. So the
foreplay/sex could explain that.
Also, if you are anywhere near your
period, sometimes orgasms (because the
uterus contracts) can push out some of the
blood that otherwise might've hung out for
a little while longer.
You said you had a period the first week
in feb, have you had one in march yet?
