ive been pretty regular with the flow of my period. it comes within the same week as the last. but this month, it was heavy for a day. then it was REALLY light for 2 days then heavy again then light again and it finally stopped. is this normal? im usually heavy 3 days then slows to a stop in about a week. i had protected sex and my boyfriend did NOT ejaculate so i dont think im pregnant. so can this be from stress?

you have nothing to worry about this is normal periods can fluctuate any time they want, it could be because of stress yeah anything can cause a difference in cycle, illness,tiredness etc. Jenny

im 16 and i havent been to a gyn (first time going is this april) so i dont know whats normal and what i should worry about. it was also the second time i ever had sex so im paranoid that i might be pregnant and when i got worried, my period messed up so i think that was it.

can u help me with one more thing?
do u think its safe for me to go on birth control? i have SUPER bad cramps that make me pass out. but idk how to ask my mom because shes gonna freak out..

Yeah you should have no problem going on birth control..It will defiantly help you with cramps did for me worked great Smile

Why not visit your doctor (if you can go on your own) and ask them to write a letter or explain to your mum that is why you are going on them i did with mine and i was only 15 good luck Jenny x

i cant get to the doctor until april. i asked a few others and i think i should do some research and show her so she knows birth control isnt made JUST for sex.
