I started a no carbohydrate diet on February 25 that lasted until April 6. My last regular period was on March 10 of this year. I have not had sexual intercourse, but did have some penis/vagina contact on March 19. I usually have about a 32 day cycle. I had light bleeding (brown, light pink - some on pad and tampon, but mostly when I wiped) and period-like cramps from April 21-April 26. I had the same thing again May 8 through May 12. Could my light, irregular periods have something to do with my diet? I am usually pretty regular and have become worried.
