i'm a newly wed. and me and my husband want a family. We have been talking about this close to a yr already. And we are trying to conceive. my question is if Im getting my period 2 times a yr, is there any chance of me getting pregn?
I went to a gyno when i was 17 and she knew that my period was irregular. But she said it was normal. and my mom didn't want me to take any birth control pills, fearing that it would make it worse. Now If i get my period it will stay for a week or sometimes 2weeks. the gyno said this was normal since my ovaries had to get cleaned out. but Im worried and scared that maybe its not normal. i would go to a doctor but i have no insurance and its so expensive. i want to know what are the actions i should take. if its real serious, then i guess im going to have to go see a doctor.
