Irregular periods after HSG test!! Can I be pregnant?

Hi,
we are planing to go on family way for past 1 year. this year I went for HSG test and a mild blockage was removed. My husband has low sperm count (15-20%).But after HSG test, my periods have become irregular. earlier my cycle was of 26 days and rarely 27 days.but now i am not sure its 26 or 27. I had periods on 8th june and today is 6-july. no signs of periods.i did home pregnancy test today which was negative.
One thing i also want to share is that around 18th of june my breasts started paining and i found them quite heavy. nipples were erect and had pain on touching. I felt little cramping too but ignored as my expected period date was almost 2 weeks later. but now as I have skipped periods, the pain in nipples is no more and i feel slight pain only while pressing breasts. can i be pregnant??
