Hi, i had an abortion in march. on april 26th i received my first period. it came regular and stayed for around 4 days. now today is may 28th and yesterday i spotted very slightly. i thought i was getting my period so i used a tampon. but when i awoke there was not one drop of blood. i am now worried. what are the possiblities? can i be pregnant all over again or is this normal even months after an abortion
