Irregular discharge and slight bleeding

I have been having discharge and slight bleeding for several months now, some months more so than others but over the last couple of months have also been feeling very tired. I am normally always on the go as I have two children under 3 and am 30 years age, I am not one for sitting down normally and resting until the evenings and hate the feeling of feeling totally exhausted and having no energy to do anything, this doesn't happen on a daily basis but maybe once - twice a week.
