I've had really strange bleeding lately, and has started about 2 months ago, its not heavy, i feel no pain, its just straight bleeding and hasn't stop only occasionally for a few days, then starts again. It was a little heavy, then light, and sometimes it would be dark brown. I don't want to see a doctor, i want to try to find a natural way to solve this issue. I'm 17 and never really been sexually active, can you help?

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Abnormal bleeding and brown discharge could be suggestive of possibility of vaginal infections. It is difficult to comment on your symptoms without examining you. Consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for examination and vaginal swab/smear test to identify causative agent and get started on treatment as appropriate. Drink plenty of water. Avoid vaginal douching, use of harsh soap or perfumes in the area (vagina has its own mechanism of cleaning itself. Use of these products harms the normal bacteria of vagina and it becomes susceptible to infection). Use loose cotton undergarments and avoid tight fitting clothes.
Take care.
