for the last few weeks i seem to behaving a bit out of sorts...at dinner i moved my plate and put salad on my napkin...at brunch i put my silverware in my lap and my napkin on the table...almost put my eye drops up my nose instead of my allergy spray....i seem to cry easily and feel a bit on edge...i just started the allergy spray 2 days ago so it cannot be that since i have been behaving this way for at least 4 weeks... i am 49 years old...i am in menopause...haven`t had a period in a year...what do you think
