As soon as I woke up this morning, I immediately starting thinking thoughts about my husband, what is he doing today, is he really working, where is he? Also thinking is he cheating (which there is no proof, he is always at home). I know these thoughts are irrational but I just feel I need to talk to someone about it or I will dwell on it all day long! Rolling Eyes

If there is no proof and he is always at home it sounds like just irrational thoughts. Very common for anxiety sufferers.
