Hello and welcome to e health forum. ‎

Normal hemoglobin level in women ranges from 120 g/L to 160 g/L (12.0 g/dL to 16.0 g/dL). ‎

In your case, you appear to have borderline levels of Hemoglobin.

Transferrin -iron saturation percentage (TS%). TS% is an indication of your ability to bind iron and transport it to various sites such as the bone marrow or liver.

A saturation below 20 (as in your case) suggests iron deficiency or anemia of inflammatory response also called anemia of chronic disease.

With regard to the further treatment, you should consult with your doctor, who can do proper tests (a peripheral blood smear, stool examination, Upper GI endoscopy, or colonoscopy) ‎to make a clinical diagnosis. Treatment will depend on the primary cause, but will also include supplementation of Iron, orally for a few months.

Hence you may consult with a hematologist or your Internist, for continued treatment of your ‎‎condition.‎
