Q: involuntary tightening of abdomen

I am in my 3rd week post op from a partial Hysterectomy. When I turn in my sleep, I find that I have been tightening my entire abdomen and holding it for a few seconds involuntarily. Is this okay for the internal stiches, etc?

i got stomach tightening and sometimes feel dizzy could i be pregnant
