Hey guys, for the past 2-3 weeks my head and hands move involuntarily when I am not moving them at all. I am so worried about this I actually can't sleep at night, I feel sick thinking I have either Parkinson's Disease or Multiple sclerosis.
About 8 weeks a go i was diagnosed with glandular fever, yet after about 2 weeks I felt my body was fully recovered from the viral infection. Yet just a couple weeks ago, my thumbs started twitching, and then it moved onto my head, where whenever I keep my head still, it feels as though everytime my pulse goes, my head moves weather it be side to side, or like a yes motion. My hands don't twitch anymore yet they are shakey compared to what they were.
I can't get into a doctor as it is now the weekend and the earliest ill be able to get in would be in a few days.
Someone please help as I am so worried I have something severe such as MS or Parkinson's.
Thank you :'(
