I am experiencing involuntary abdominal muscle spasms. My abdomen shakes, but not like hiccups. I have had lung cancer, a four year survivor, pancreatic surgery for a musinex cyst and had about one third of my pancreas, my spleen, and associated lymph nodes, along with part of my stomach removed about two years ago. I spent 55 days in the hospital and six weeks of physical rehab learning to walk again. I had a follow up CAT scan in Oct, both abdominal and thoraic, and all that was seen was scar tissue. My last mammagram (Sept 2009) was normal and my Pap smear was normal. I run a low grade fever in the evening (99.2 - 100.4), no appeptite, sight of food makes me ill, have chills, general weakness in my legs and pain in the neck and back. I have lost 10 pounds in the last three weeks. I had emergency surgery for a blood clot in the meseteric artery in the year 2000. I am on coumadin(2.5 mg/day), baby aspirin, blood pressure medicine. At times my whole body shakes and my hands so badly that I can barely take my temperature. I feel generally terrible with no stamina, no ambition, and my doctors don't seem to have any ideas. I just completed a complete blood panel and all of that was fairly normal. I have had both the flu shot and the H1N1. My problems seem to have started a couple of days after the H1N1. Could this be a reaction? It has now been one month since I received it. Any thoughts as to a diagnosis? Thanks
