Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If the uterus has been removed during the surgery, you cannot get pregnant (carry pregnancy). Visit your gynecologist/obstetrician for further evaluation and discuss your pregnancy plans. If you are having functional ovaries, you can opt for surrogacy (where you can have your partner’s eggs and your sperms united/fertilized to have baby and have it grow/develop in a ‘womb on rent’ such that you can be the biological parents for the child). If ovaries are not functional, you can opt for donor eggs for surrogacy (using your partner’s sperms for fertilization) or adoption (where you are not the biological parents of the child).
Take care.
