My chiropractor swears by anything that
helps gravity pull the spine apart. I
bought an inversion table, and it seems to
help. Some days. I'm curious if anyone
has done any inversion, or maybe hanging
upright, type of therapy, and what level
of success they have had.
Thanks, Alan

Glad to hear it's working for you...
I've had back pain for 7 years and had a
Hang Ups inversion table for 5yrs. I
haven't had the same success as you but I
do find the inversion table very relaxing
and often fall asleep for 5-10 min on it
in when as a 45 degree incline.
I probably should use it more often but my
wife doesn' t like it setup in the middle
of the bedroom which is the only place for
it.

No success with Inversion table Posted: 05-11-08 20:03pm
Inversion tables are good as a preventive
maintenance tool but you must not go back
further than 5-15 degrees pass level.
This is especially important if you're
prone to heart trouble as many suffer
heart attacks from this device.
My machine was fine to use within the
guidelines above which helped relaxed me
but when I tried to relieve my relapsed
back injury from work, it made the pain
worse.
Just my two cents from experience and
research. If you still want one, I have
mine packaged in the original box for
sale. Paid $170 total, yours for $120
shipped.
