Intolerable Pain in Lower abdomen Radiating to Feet,lower back

This has been going on for a few months now,i have changed three doctors and even tried alternative medicine but to no avail. The first few doctors described it as a nerve pain,the other one said it's because my liver is a little weak and my digestion poor. However,none of the medicines that i have been prescribed have given me a permanent relief,this comes and goes on its own.

It has become a little bad since a few days and its hurting a lot.The pain is around the penis and area surrounding that ( I have had my urine test and stuff) and they are normal,there is no physical injury on my penis,it is like a burning sensation and it radiates to my feet,my lower back,a little and my anus especially when i pass stool,my anus hurts for a while.

I am unable to find any relief and this is bothersome.The intensity is less in the morning of this pain and slowly increases as the day goes on,lying down makes it a little worse,and walking a little better.The bad pain has only been happening for a few days,before that it used to come and disappear,the area above my feet also feels hot. Can someone give me a term for such a problem,i am sick of feeling this way and its affecting my quality of life.

Please help if you people can.The pain & discomfort has constantly been present since this started,its been a few months and still suffering :(
