Hi! I've had poor health (fatigue, malaise, dizziness, offbalance, vertigo), autoimmune responses (muscle twitching and feeling of allergy in the body), headaches, brain fog, PVCs, and lots of burping. At first I noticed that eliminating Gluten and eating a 70% raw diet and a 100% gluten and dairy free diet has helped dramatically. Its has reduced and almost eliminated the autoimmune responses. I eat a 80-90% organic diet. Raw / living foods 2 to 3 times a day for the last 3 weeks and the symptoms are slowly improving, but every now and then after a bowel movement, I feel tired and slow. I have a feeling of off balance that comes and goes as well.

I have had blood work done recently all came back normal. In the last year, I have had Halter Monitor for PVC and that was fine. I had CT scan that was normal and chest x ray was fine.

I believe that I may intestinal permeability. I have started taking enzymes to aid in digestion and rebuilding good bacteria.

What does this sound like?
