Q: interracial relations and blood types

does an interracial relationship affect the blood type of their offspring?
is it possible for an interacial couple to have a greater chance of contraction a certain disease because of blood type?

Certain diseases occur more often in one race than another. Sickle- cell anemia is more prevalent in African Americans but that is not due to blood type; it's an inherited blood disease. As far as I know, blood type has nothing to do with contracting a disease. Genetics can cause you to develop or be more prone to a disease, though.
