Hi and welcome to the forum! I am glad that I can help you.
You want to know the cause of the laboratory test results that you received.
Normal ranges for triglycerides are 54-110 mg/gL , for HDL 35-80 mg/dL (both for males between 10-39 years of age) and for total cholesterol are 120-200 mg/dL.The normal ranges of creatinine are 0.7-1.1 mg/dL for males. Increased levels of lipids in the blood may appear as a result of a diet rich in fats or as a result of a metabolic disorder which if not treated may lead to diabetes. Increased levels of lipids in the blood may cause formation of atherosclerotic changes in the blood vessels, increased blood pressure and increases the chances of individuals to experience angina pectoris or a heart attack.
According to the data that you described, you experience increased levels of triglycerides, and total cholesterol. You may consider changing your diet by lowering the amount of food rich in fats. Avoid pork meat, fried food and any kind of nuts because they are rich with fats. Lower your intake of salt per day, to avoid increase of the blood pressure above the normal ranges. Avoid coffee because it increases the blood pressure.
