I went through a long period of internalizing all my anger and stress and everything went right to my head, one morning I woke up and I was all dizzy and lightheaded, this was about 2 months ago and I havent felt the same since

I have been to doctors and they basically tell me it is all in my head and I should see a counselor, which I am doing

HMMMMMMMMMMMM
This is a new one to me. I have learned to vent my anger. I have learned to turn negative into positive, then there's nothing that can go to your head. Anger and Stress can eat you alive.....if YOU ALLOW IT. This is a matter of control and choice. Have you seen a neurologist and what test have they done? Counceling works, it helps you to figure out how to vent anger and stress! HOpe you find an answer soon. Keep in touch~!
