ok i have had these pimples that come and go for a while but i'm a little embarrassed to go to a doctor so i will try my best to describe my problem here and hopefully get some answers. i get these big pimples on the side of my pelvic area, its like where the thigh and pelvis meet. They grow so big sometimes that it's painful to walk. subsequently i get bumps a little higher up my pelvic area but these are internal, i could only feel them if i press in a little with my fingers. These are the real issues because they make my whole pelvic area hurt. What could this be? can anybody help?

Don't know but it sounds the same as I have had for years as a woman. The first time when I was just a teen. Basically they are just that pimples. I went to the gyn once because one was shaped differently than the others that I had in the past. his response was that it was a blocked duct the cause this. Of course his explanation was a lot more scientific than the one I just gave. I know that sometimes they do pop and I am able to get rid of them. Good luck but you should check with your Dr. anyway to be on the safe side.
