Q: Internal bump under armpit

Hi ,

I have got a Internal bump type thing on my side , below my arm pit.

It is redishh from outside and if I try to touch it , it pains like hell.

Could you tell me what it could be and what medicine I can try form Walmart / CVS to cure it.
