i have been having on off stomach pains for the last few days possibly longer, someone said it could be my appendix, is that right??

Abdominal pain due to appendicitis begins as a diffuse pain felt around the central part of the abdomen.
In a short time this pain transforms into a localized pain at a small area in the lower right abdomen.
An early symptom of appendicitis is nausea, and slight fever.
