I have had seizures for as long as I can remember, currently 31, was diagnosed with epilepsy at 14 and finally sent to an epileptologist at age 29 after being through a vast number and combination of meds that failed. Official diagnosis was Refractory Bilateral MTLE. I am not a candidate for resection after I started having anxiety attacks during the Wada test when I was unable to say the correct words to identify the photos after they put the amobarbital in my left half.

I have started to develop an intermittent rapid twitching in my lower right eyelid that is hard for people to see but is very annoying.

The Psych also recently diagnosed me with anxiety and adult ADHD, putting me on Vyvanse. I was wondering if it was the cause, but then realized, I have had this exact same problem for years coming and going, and did not know if it may be a form of a seizure, a stress issue, or an eye strain problem although it happens even if I wear my glasses which I only need for small writing.

It has gotten alot worse lately over the past few weeks, but since the beginning of the year I have been in the process of getting my home based accounting business started so I have been under alot of pressure as I also take care of my diabetic father and handle everything in the house myself.

Is there any idea what may be the cause of this and how to stop it? it is annoying me to no end.
