I am dating a man that has a groin hernia that opted not to have surgery. He is shy, old fashion, and sensitive. While he is very affectionate, he stops an any physical intimacy. He will not talk about it. So, can this be due to the inguinal hernia and the tuss that he wears?
He could be sensitive about the truss or/and the bulge related to his hernia (or, obviously, there could be another explanation unrelated to his hernia). At the same time, you can reassure him that typical sexual activity is generally not a problem in patient's with aymptomatic groin hernias.
