Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The bleeding that you describe could have been due to the breakthrough bleeding. Continue to take the pills as instructed. Wait and watch for your periods/withdrawal bleeding while being on placebo pills. If you do not get your periods, or if you get abnormal bleeding, you should consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for further evaluation to look for the underlying cause. Get started on appropriate treatment (based on examination findings and investigations results). Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately.
Take care.
