Anxiety and stress are normal - your extreme reactions are not. Stress is generated by a trigger or series of triggers. You need to determine what triggers your anxiety. You need a professional to help you sort out the triggers and how to manage your stress responses. You describe your symptoms well. Document the symptoms and the events that cause you to feel so anxious and seek the help of a psychologist.
Best wishes
