Thank you all for your stories. They have truely helped me to feel better at such a difficult time in my life. My mom was diagnosed a year and half ago with stage 4 colon cancer at 54 years old. She has had a rough time with the chemotherapy but is still not giving up. I need to hear the stories of the strong people that have actually beat this cancer! It gives me hope that I am going to pass along to her. PLEASE EMAIL ME WITH ANY OTHER TIPS TO HELP HER NOT ONLY DEAL WITH THIS CANCER AND THE TREATMENT BUT I TRUELY NEED ADVICE ON HOW TO BEAT LIKE YOU ALL DID! Feel free to email me. I would love to hear from you and thank you for the inspiration!

well
i cant lie and say well i fought cancer, because i've never had to face that struggle, however i know a couple of people who have fought cancer, and have won...

my best friends aunt, breast cancer, she fought she won...

moms friend sue, forget where she had the cancer, long time in chemo, she kept faith and kept fighting, she won!

moms other friend, again not sure where the cancer was, but she fought for 2 years, now shes more beautifull and healthyer than ever, you would have never guessed...

Now im not a doctor, i dont have that kind of college money, but the advice i can give you and your mother, is laugh... have a good time, dont let your mother sit around and feel bad for herself, both of you need to be strong and keep faith in the FACT that many people have fought cancer and beat it, and surely your mom can to....

i hope for the best for both of you...
