I will get back on track tonight. I've been having some difficulties with OCD--that's the culprit. I definitely feel like I turned a corner. An energy there with it has dissipated. I think I will be sleeping extremely nice tonight!!! My therapist told me a very simple instruction. When the OCD is trying to wrap up my thoughts, she said just to say to myself, "Stop it." It works, when I do it. I'm ready to move on from all the OCD thinking. What a destructive illness, if it gets out of hand. Just thought I would share. I used to be a shopaholic. I actually enjoy not thinking about buying things all the time. It was just part of my OCD.

Take care everyone!
