Dear William,

You are probably not living a healthy lifestyle. And living a healthy lifestyle doesn't mean having to do a lot of expensive things and diets, etc. One of the most important ingredients is to take care of stress. A lot of your current problems seem to be associated with stress. Please make sure you eat healthy and adequate.

Depending upon if and when you started the ADHD treatment, your attentiveness will increase gradually. But a major part of the recovery lies in your own hands. I'm afraid I can't give you any specific solutions here, as more interaction is needed, but you may consider talking with a counselor in person to sort things out.

Hope this helps. Take care.
