Inside of Anus Stings Badly. The stinging is up inside the anus to the left about 1/2 inch up inside anal verge. It stings when I sit,walk and have a bowel movement. I don't know if I have an infection. I'm not constipated at all. I eat healthy but don't get why my inside anus stings all the time. It feels like acid is being poured in my anal area. It's so bad that I can't think most days.
Could it be an anal fissure that is infected? Sometimes I get a bad throbbing pain up inside my anus where the stinging is. The stinging has put tears in my eyes. It's an 8 out of 10 pain level on some days. Inside the anal canal to the left stings but not on the surface.
Has anyone had this?
I've experienced the burning and extreme pain similar to yours. However, my problem was hemorrhoids.
I know you said you're not constipated, but other types of straining can cause this problem, as well as things like poor blood circulation.
Do you have a lump? I know this is really awkward, but you may need to use a mirror and push, and see if a lump bulges out. That could be an internal hemmie. Using a finger is not a sure way to feel the lump, as it may be too difficult to find.
I have these small things that feel like little swollen lumps in the anal verge and they sting and burn so much especially after I have a bm. I hope they're hemorroids and not anal cancer. I'm really nervous. So much stinging pain from them when i do go to the restroom.

Most of medical stuff like ointments or tablets to put inside cover up problem but it does not SOLVE the CAUSE of the problem...If you follow strictly, I repeat strictly my advises ..the lumps will slowly and gradually abate .
1, do keep drink pure water regime every day 2-3 liter
2) Do regular excercise at LEAST 1 hour a day 5times a week
3) Try to avoid red meat and also any animal proteins if possible or at least REDUCE it to minimal levels (once or twice a week)
4)VERY IMPORTANT don't mix meal but try to eat food separately according to chemical structure.There are three main groups :protein meals,neutral foods and starch meals..the basic idea is not eat together the starch and proteins at the same time..I strongly advice you to buy a bookfrom Gundrun Jonsson Gut Reaction on Amazon or Ebay they sell it foe few dollars..
5)Try to eat rather less then to feel of being completely full and more times a day 3-5 times
6, Avoid spicy food completely,Alcohol,smoking ..
7) Avoid eating anything fried or baked in oven,also ban on eating any sort of bread and bakery , fresh or steamed or boiled instead...
8,Do not eat ANY processed food!Especially tins, white bakery chips,
9) VERY IMPOTANT DO NOT EAT FOOD WIT SUGER CONTENT AS IT IS NOT NATURAL FOR HUMANS AND it cuases severe and serious disbalance in yor intestines! So I repeat no candies or sugar in ANY form!(cakes,bonbons,sweets,sugar in tee ecetr..)
10) At least 50% of your daily intake should be a vegetable
Instead of meet very good substitute are lentils,beans,soya, peas ecetr..
If you follow these rules seriously you will soon feel the results..(1-3 months) If not let me know and I will tell you you havent followed the rulles because these rulles works 100% on anyone... including me and many cases of my friends family ..colleagues..
Thank you Albert for the advice. I did a self exam and feel small bumps that sting in the anal verge just inside the anal canal. The bm's make them sting so bad and the stinging lasts all day. They feel raw to the touch. Often bleed and makes a stripe om my poop. They also burn whn sitting more. I'll eat even healthier like you said. I'm so worried about the painful stinging bm's.
Try also completely cut on tee and coffee..both contains caffeine...something important wht I forget to tell you

Try to eat most morning and during the day but as the evening comes IF you can eat little just to fill hunger(cheat:)) or if you ok with that best not eat after 6-7pm...I assume normal biorythm of person going sleep around 10pm -12 pm
