Q: insect bite on thigh

hi i woke up one morning and i had 3 wierd bites one on my finger , on my thigh and on my knee. i thought it was a mosquito bite and i put toothpaste on them then there was a wierd white bump on it i pipped it and pus came out wit blood the biggest one i have is on my thigh but idk what it is please help my leg hurts a little and bite not itchy its just in pain.
