Q: Input for gaining weight

I am looking for some advice on trying to gain some weight. I workout 6 days a week in which I do heavy weightlifting. Right now I weigh 124 pounds I am 5'7 and would like to get to at least 130-135 pounds.
I only eat 3 meals a day which are good sized full meals, but nothing that would cause over eating. I guess a question I have is if I add more meals in between the ones I currently eat would my body get used to the extra meals that I am consuming and if I then skipped one would that cause me to have a reaction or to get a drop (I hope that made sense) Shocked .
I guess that is my main fear. It has taking me about 2 years to get to the point where I can eat 3 meals a day and be fine, and I wouldn't want to get my body all out of whack by starting to consume a lot more food.
Any input anyone might have would be appreciated thanks.
