Hello,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
The color of the labia (vaginal lips) depends on your genetic build up and the hormonal levels. It is normal to have dark/black color labia. If your skin complexion is not fair, then you can have dark color vaginal lips. Usually the color of nipples and the color of labia remain similar.
If there are no other problems like discomfort, itching, discharge, deformity or swelling associated, then you can relax. If you are unsure, then get yourself examined by your healthcare provider/gynecologist to make sure that everything is fine.
