hi....... my inner thyghs are black and little itchy and dry . i apply coconut oil when i feel more itchy and dry 'down there' ...... then i feel little relaxed. but still that dryness and black colour worries me a lot. but i dont have problem in my underarms. i am gonna get maarried in 4 months. please help me

It is difficult to comment on the cause for the symptoms that you describe (hyperpigmentation, dryness and itching) without examining you. Consider visiting your doctor/dermatologist for thorough evaluation and assistance. Chances of infection, eczema, frictional hyperpigmentation should be ruled out. Discuss about option of skin lightening treatments to help you. Proceed with further management as instructed.
