Okay so I'm not sure what caused this sudden onset of headaches and occasional migraines which has lasted the past month and a half. I haven't been able to leave my house because when I get up to do things I get a headache usually starting in the neck that radiates to the front of my head above my eyes. Only thing I can think of are two injuries I incurred this year while playing lacrosse or anxiety and stress. Both were blows to the head/jaw and there was a popping noise in my jaw and I couldnt bite or move it well for about an hour after it happened, then the pain just disapeared and I thought nothing of it. Im wondering if its some TMJ now or neck problems from those injuries. I think it could be neck related because when I try and do even basic neck excercises the headache will start to come on. I have alot of shoulder/neck pain alot of the time. All of this has been ontop of a very confusing/stressful point in my life and am wondering if my high anxiety can cause such disabling symptoms that are so persistant. I have been extremely anxious over this I would love to hear any words of wisdom or peices of advice. I can say that I've been to the doc n neur. already and they just said a migraine cycle, lots of meds and sent me on my way to be a zombie for the next month. Also had a CT of my brain and sinuses and both were clear, thats the only testing I've had done. Im wondering if I should have more done and if so what type of testing. Thanks for your time.
