about 24 hours ago, i took a pretty big fall longboarding and i got a ton of gashes on my arm and back. the pain's gone most everywhere, but i have this persisting pain in my right collar bone region that seems to be a stabbing sensation that strikes me when i flex the muscles in my neck, or move my arm in a certain way. i have a feeling it's muscular strain as compared to damage to the bone, because i have minimal tenderness in the area, and the sharp part of the pain is caused by me moving my arm. what worries is me is that this might have anything to do with my right shoulder, since it's been dislocated multiple times and i'm getting surgery for it in a month, but it really doesn't seem like that is the issue unless it's a separated shoulder (however, i should note that there is no visible deformities in the region, so if it is a separation i anticipate it to be minor). i KNOW it's not a dislocation (i've had enough to know, for sure) but i'm wondering if this sounds like a fractured collar bone, some minor muscle strain, or a separated shoulder, and what i should do about it.

thanks so much for any help you can provide. and if you need more details, i'm more than happy to provide them.
