Welcome to e health forum.

It is understandably frustrating to see that instead of exercise, you are not able to shed extra kilos. The probable reason might be doing the wrong type of exercises or eating excess amounts of food (inspite of them being low calorie).

For proper effects, it is best to consult a physical instructor and dietician at a gym. They will help you to calculate your target weight, a time plan to achieve it, Exercises which are more effective to lose weight (but avoid mass increase), Proper diet plans including calorie counts.
