I have a serious problem with my bum. first of all there is a problem with a sweat problem witch i think is making my bum itch and red rash, all the way up the crack but it comes on when i aint even hot or sweaty, ive been told by doctors to wear cotton shorts and i had creams for this but it was no use. i seem to smell of poo and i think its due to the sweat problem. it is realy effecting me because people have commented on it. ive had this problem since i was 17 im now 21. So i plucked up the courage to go to the doctors and i got diagnosed with a pinodul sinus ''ingrowning hair''. since i had the op to remove it, my problem has seem 2 get worse i get constapated i go to the toilet about 3times a day and pass wind a lot. my wee and my poo smell real bad..
