I normally defecate once every 3-5 days, and normally "go" more than average, which I think seems as if a lot piles up and it takes a lot for me to feel the urge to go. I am concerned since this is unusual and what effect it has on my health, or what reflection it has on my health. However, my stools are rarely hard or constipated and I can pass quite easily 90% of the time. I also don't have any symptoms like bowel pains, etc. In fact, it is an improvement from when I was younger where I experienced this on a more extreme level, such as going every 1-2 weeks. I think I do drink less water than average, so this may be a cause.
